5. Avoid alcohol and other depressants. Although you may feel better for a little while is a false sense of security. Alcohol and other types of depressants make the situation worse.

6. Ask for help from family and friends; there is nothing wrong in doing this. Most of them probably already know something is wrong, many times they mistakenly assume they are the problem. Sit down and talk with the people you are close to.

7. If the condition continues to worsen you should consider consulting a physician and perhaps using medications to help you control your symptoms.
